2 c chopped tomatoes
1/2 a cucumber, peeled and choppedveggies
1 small pepper, chopped (spicy or not, your choice)
1/4 onion, chopped
juice from 1 lemon, about 3 Tbsp
1 c fresh basil, coarsley chopped and loosly packed
2 medium or 1 large clove garlic
4 dates or 2 Tbsp agave (optional)
salt, to taste
cayenne, to taste
1 avocado, sliced as garnish





Except avocado, blend all ingredients to desired consistency, leaving it chunky or going until it’s completely smooth. Garnish with sliced avocado.
