1/4 c apple cider vinegar
1 tsp agave 1 cinnamon stick
1/2 tsp mustard seed
1 pinch cloves (could substitute cinnamon, mustard and cloves for 1 tsp all spice or pickling spice)
Whisk the rest of ingredients together and pour over cucumbers in jar.
Place lid tightly on jar and shake well to mix.
Let sit at room temperature for 3-4 hours then place in refrigerator overnight.
Stays good for about 2 weeks in refrigerator.
