This class explores the fundamental concepts of a raw fooddiet. We’ll talk about enzymes, phytonutrients, and great sources of iron, proteinand calcium. Learn about the health benefits of superfoods like Maca, Spirulina,Acai, and Irish Moss while sipping a nutrition-packed Green Smoothie.
